Bioelectrical Clinical Nutrition

Your biology
is a system.
We read it.

Individual bioelectrical feedback — not guesswork, not population averages — measuring your biological state and guiding real, measurable change at the cellular level.

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis

Not empirical data.
Your electrical truth.

Every cell carries an electrical charge. The relationship between resistance and reactance — measured precisely across your tissues — reveals how your biological system is organised, stressed, and functioning right now. Not how someone like you might function. You.

The InBody 770 uses 6 frequencies across 8 contact points. These 6 frequencies are: 1 kHz, 5 kHz, 50 kHz, 250 kHz, 500 kHz, and 1,000 kHz (1 MHz). By running these multiple frequencies simultaneously, it takes 30 separate impedance measurements across 5 different segments of the body (right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, left leg). This allows the machine to precisely differentiate between intracellular and extracellular water, giving a highly accurate reading of muscle mass, body fat, and body water.

Mitochondrial & Energy Medicine

Energy is not
a feeling. It's biology.

Fatigue, poor recovery, metabolic slowdown — measurable downstream consequences of mitochondrial dysfunction. The electron transport chain is where ATP is generated, where oxidative stress accumulates, where cellular resilience holds or fails.

We don't ask how tired you feel. We measure the system markers that tell us exactly where function is compromised — and build a precise, data-driven protocol to correct it.

Alex Quaife
Forjar Consultant

Alex brings together sports nutrition science and advanced bioelectrical assessment to build a clinical practice unlike any other. Where most practitioners rely on dietary recall and estimated intake, Alex reads the body's own electrical data — measuring what is actually happening inside the system, not what the patient believes is happening.

With advanced training in InBody 770 high-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis and a background in sports performance nutrition, Alex treats the body as what it is: a biological system that has become disorganised. The work is to correct that disorganisation — precisely, measurably, without emotional input.
